Parisian Madeline’s Summer Dress

IMG_0922

Summer has officially arrived and how do we celebrate summer style? With the perfect summer dress and straw hat of course!

When I went is search of this seasons staple dress I wanted to find something with the basis of my style, strong clean lines and an elegant aesthetic. I searched and I searched, I went from store to store, until I entered Gap on a whim and found this perfect number.

As soon as I tried it on I was inspired by a modern day Parisian Madeline, therefore I paired it with a large brim hat and red accessories.

This outfit was perfect for a day in the luxurious Design Shops of Miami, where I saw the SS 15 collections for Givenchy and Céline.

It is safe to say I was starving from all the cardio of going from store to store that I topped of the day with a delicious dinner at Michael’s Genuine Food and Drink, where I devoured their Greek Farro Salad.

  1. Great sources. Undoubtedly, you’re an authority in the industry.

    1. Jenny, as long as we are friends, you will aawyls have ME behind YOU in technology stuff. I have no idea how Instagram works. And I even have the app on my phone. Also, I have’t read Stephanie’s book. Anything else I can be last on? Last one to comment on this blog post, as I’m late to the party. There: everyhing happens in threes, so I am at least good there.

  2. Lu! It was so great to see you! I felt bad I didn’t get a chance to say gooydbe. And everytime I see you, I wonder, “How come we don’t hang out more?” I think it’s great that Rae & Brooklyn are friends. In fact, she was looking through a scrapbook and I pointed out that Brooklyn was at her birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheese’s (5th birthday? Maybe?). She laughed so hard at the picture of the two of them. Maybe I should scan it, post it on fb, and tag them. 🙂
